Back to client types
These are our core clients. They usually call after something has already happened: a Department of Labor investigation, a partner who wants out, a big customer demanding formal contracts or a bank asking them to get their house in order before it lends.
The first thing we do is take stock of what exists: what contracts are in place, how people are hired, what the operating agreement says and which obligations the company is missing without knowing it. From there comes a plan in order of priority, not a list of thirty to-dos.
After that, we stay on as ongoing monthly counsel, which almost always costs less than scrambling to fix what slipped through.
Each one is handled by a specific practice area, with one attorney responsible from start to finish.
